My primary responsibility here at Net Impact is developing and managing our strategy to attract, develop, retain, and promote high-performing staff at all levels of the organization.
In addition to the innovative and exciting talent initiatives I get to work on, I also support the office’s finance and operations so we’re running efficiently, utilizing what we have available so that everyone has what they need every day to accomplish our mission.
When I’m not working with my wonderful Net Impact colleagues, I enjoy cooking, exploring San Francisco’s delicious restaurants, and being outdoors in the beautiful Bay Area.
