Strategic Initiatives & Analytics Manager
I get to work on many of the really interesting challenges and opportunities we have here at Net Impact.
My main duty has been to help implement our 10-year strategic plan by translating it into an operational plan – what we do next quarter, next month, or next week that's going to further our mission.
Because of my familiarity with our organizational strategy I also get to work on developing our external programmatic partnerships, working on our performance metrics, and helping to maintain and improve our finance and accounting systems.
I grew up wanting to be:
MacGyver.
My most useful skill is:
Knowing how to tie a bowline knot.
The most satisfying thing about my work is:
Getting to work on projects in which I am able to take ownership of and see real results from.
