Net Impact Staff Bio: Patrick Martin-Tuite | Corporate & Donor Relations Associate

Corporate & Donor Relations Associate

Martin-Tuite_Patrick_sq.jpgI work with the talented development team at Net Impact in pursuit of strengthened partnerships with our sponsors and donors.

Prior to joining Net Impact in April 2012, I served in a variety of roles throughout the nonprofit sector, often seeking out opportunities to build or expand community partnerships. This past year, I traveled throughout Zambia to conduct an AIDS treatment research study for the Clinton Health Access Initiative. I have also worked as an AmeriCorps Resident in Social Enterprise with New Sector Alliance, implementing recycling programs in Oakland public schools.

I earned my BA in International Development Studies and Italian Studies from Brown University, allowing me to explore my parallel interests in global health and Dante’s The Divine Comedy. Outside of work, I enjoy bicycling around the Bay Area and volunteering as an HIV test counselor.

My most useful skill is:

Tying complicated knots.

That skill has helped me:

As a sailor, as a camp counselor, as a world traveler…and to impress dates.

The best advice I ever got was:

Do something that scares you every single day.

Our Mission

Net Impact mobilizes a new generation of leaders to use their careers to drive transformational change in the workplace and the world.
