Walmart Better Living Business Plan Challenge: Intent to Compete

The Walmart Better Living Business Plan Challenge is an opportunity to present plans for a profitable business or product with a positive impact on the environment.

Deadline now extended to Friday, November 18!

Complete this form if you're interested in representing your school in the Regional Competitions. We look for a diversity of perspectives, so all types of schools and programs are encouraged to apply. Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis.

Preference is given to those who can guarantee their school will be able to field a team to attend the Regional Competition, and whose schools can provide support for students to attend the regional competitions. If we receive multiple applications from a single school, we will reach out to all those that applied to coordinate selection of the team representing the school at the Regional Competition.

Represent Your School

The Walmart Better Living Business Plan Challenge is an opportunity to present your plan for a business or product that will not only make an impact on the bottom line — but on people or planet, too.

This year, up to 64 schools will be chosen to compete, and participants will represent their schools at one of eight on-campus Regional Competitions between February 27 and March 9, 2012. Regional winners will compete at the Walmart Home Offices in Bentonville, Arkansas on April 12-13 to present in front of Walmart executives, and have the opportunity to win $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000 for their idea!
