The Oath Project
Net Impact is excited to announce our partnership with The Oath Project, a nonprofit organization serving the movement to incorporate an oath into the MBA graduation process.
This rite of passage, a tradition for incoming doctors, lawyers, and other professional trades, holds its incoming leaders to the higher standard of integrity and service to society that is the hallmark of a true professional. Read the Oath. While The Oath Project understands that taking an oath is not sufficient on its own to ensure business leaders act responsibly, it is an important step. Oath-takers are encouraged to commit themselves to live the oath, which makes credible the act of taking the oath.
As Net Impact members embody and strive for a higher standard of integrity in their actions as professionals, we hope that our chapters and members will be leaders in this movement to make the oath present on all MBA campuses. We are looking for student leaders to help lead the Oath projects at MBA campuses around the world.
