The Oath Project
Net Impact has partnered with The Oath Project, a nonprofit movement to incorporate a professional oath into the MBA graduation process. This rite of passage, a tradition for incoming doctors, lawyers, and other professional trades, holds its incoming leaders to a higher standard of integrity and service to society.
But why, given the critical role of business in today’s society, aren’t business school graduates also encouraged to take an oath? Why don’t we as a professional community reflect on what it means to do business in today’s interconnected global society?
