Lifetime Members Play an Inside Role

Net Impact members are known for their commitment to making an impact through their work – and Lifetime members are no exception. In fact, these folks are so dedicated, they’re even helping to shape our strategy. And it’s a good thing, too, because there are some exciting new things in the works for Net Impact.

Net Impact members are known for their commitment to making an impact through their work – and Lifetime members are no exception. In fact, these folks are so dedicated, they’re even helping to shape our strategy. And it’s a good thing, because there are some exciting new things in the works for Net Impact.

Over the coming years, we’ll help more and more people discover how they can work for good – and we’ll give them the means to go do it. Last week, Lifetime members joined a call with Executive Director Liz Maw to discuss our plans, and share their own thoughts and ideas.

“To engage in a dialogue about what it means to have an impact in your life and career is something we could all benefit from,” said one caller, “even those of us who have ‘impact careers.”’

That’s why we’re making a number of improvements to the online experience that will help facilitate these dialogues. We’ve introduced new and improved member profiles that allow members to share their experience and connect with other Net Impacters. We’ll also be launching new Career Center content in the coming months, along with a feature-rich Job Board to make your job search even easier. If you’re a Supporting or Lifetime member, you’ll get instant access to these features as they go live.

But the real advantage to Lifetime membership doesn’t lie only in the Job Board, or just in the annual conference discount, or even in the unlimited access to our ongoing Issues in Depth online dialogues. The real advantage, say so many of our Lifetime members, is in being able to participate in and contribute to our cause in such a meaningful way.

So we’d like to give a big shout-out and resounding thank you to our Lifetime members, and recognize those who have recently demonstrated just how important it is to work for good.
