About the Speakers

Laura Clise is the Director of Sustainable Development for AREVA Inc., responsible for the development and deployment of AREVA’s North American sustainable development strategy. Laura supports the continued integration of sustainable development into regional business strategy, sustainability reporting, supplier diversity and stakeholder engagement for the region. Before joining AREVA, Laura’s sustainability experience included work for the U.N. Global Compact and Business for Social Responsibility.

Kirstin Gunderson is a Senior Renewable Energy Manager for Walmart Stores, Inc. Walmart’s renewable energy project team is responsible for the successful deployment of the company’s diversified onsite renewable energy portfolio in the US and Puerto Rico markets. Kirstin received her MBA from the George Washington School of Business, where she graduated in 2012 as a Global Leaders Fellow, and Hilda Sidman Scholar. During her time at GW, she was the President of the Net Impact GW, and was heavily involved with GW’s Energy Group and its Clean-Technology University program.
