July 10, 2024 2-3 pm ET | Virtual | The Coming Capitalist Reformation: A Conversation with Stu Hart
Net Impact invites you to join us for a fireside chat with Stuart L. Hart to explore his new book, “Beyond Shareholder Primacy: Remaking Capitalism for a Sustainable Future.” Stu is a long-time thought leader of the responsible business community, an author of several books about the business and society movement and serves on the Net Impact Board of Directors. In this event, Net Impact CEO Karen Johns will interview Stu about his motivations for writing his newest publication as well as how audience members can apply the key learnings in the book to drive positive social and environmental change at their own educational institution or organization.
August 12, 2024 | Hybrid Event | International Youth Day 2024
To commemorate International Youth Day 2024 on 12 August 2024, Net Impact Nairobi Professional Chapter in partnership with the Environment, Water, Energy, Natural Resources & Climate Change Department County Government of Vihiga, Advocacy for Climate Change CBO, and Kaimosi Friends University Environmental and Culture Club will conduct fruit tree planting activities in 25 select learning institutions and the cleaning of 25 select water streams within the County in support the Kenyan National Campaign for growing 15 billion trees by 2030. The event will take place in Vihiga County Western Kenya.
