Fiscal Specialist

Fiscal Specialist: Seeking temp staff member (opportunity for temp to perm) to:

  • Process, reconcile and physically deliver Center deposit on a weekly basis through the CashNet system and PeopleSoft
  • Submit Center invoices to be paid through PeopleSoft based on University guidelines and regulations.  Includes AP (invoice payment), new vendor creation and reconciliation.
  • Help manage budget reconciliations and process temporary budget transfers.
  • Assist with reconciling reports for use by our BC's development team.
  • Help with the logistics of the upcoming 2022 Conference.  Includes updating agendas and other information in "run-of-show" documents, updating individual session documentation and other tasks related to the preparation of the conference and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with some administrative tasks at the center including (but not limited to) backup answering phone and monitoring mail email inbox, filing, etc.
