Are there countries that they do not ship to?
We ship to all countries serviced by the United States Postal Service (USPS), except for sanctioned countries. If USPS delivers to your location, we can ship your order to you!
Can chapters upload their unique chapter logos to products?
Not yet! Currently, we do not support uploading unique chapter logos. Stay tuned for updates in the future.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do! Bulk discounts are available for orders starting at 50 items. Please contact us at info@netimpact.org for more details on bulk ordering and pricing. We'll share more about discounts in the future.
Who should I contact if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery time, please reach out to the Print Your Cause support team at support@printyourcause.com.
What if I receive an order that is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, has quality issues, or is incorrect, you can request a replacement. Please contact Print Your Cause at support@printyourcause.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.
Unless otherwise noted, all requests for replacements must be made within 30 days of purchase.
