Jean Sweeney is Vice President for Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability at 3M. This includes technical and regulatory expertise in environmental, safety, ergonomics and industrial hygiene, and 3M's governance framework for sustainability strategies. She has held a diversity of positions with 3M including product development, manufacturing management, general manager, and two international assignments in Sydney and Taipei.

Kurt T. Werner is a Diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology. A 26 year employee of 3M, he has migrated through positions responsible for product and process risk assessment, new material commercialization, government relations and business development. For the past 14 years Kurt has been intimately involved in commercializing sustainable materials as substitutes for ozone depleting substances and compounds with high global warming potential. He is currently the Environmental Affairs Manager for 3M Electronics Materials Division.
