Impact at Work: Brainsmarts for Changemakers

About the Webinar

This is not an academic lecture on neuroanatomy!  Rather, participants are introduced to the principles of how humans beings learn, develop, and respond to change. Taking a pragmatic approach to the findings of neuroscience research, participants will learn why we tend to react the way we do to change, how change actually occurs in human beings,  and ways to encourage change vs. shut it down. What participants learn will be helpful for their personal development, as well as valuable for encouraging and  mobilizing others.  Join this webinar to learn valuable tools you’ll be able to utilize right away!

* This will be the first webinar of a short series Julie Engel will lead about how to be an effective changemaker.  Don’t miss this great kick-off to the series!
