Deirdre White is President and Chief Operating Officer at CDC Development Solutions. With over 20 years’ experience in international economic development, White is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of CDS. Prior to joining the organization in 2002 White was a Senior Manager at Arthur D. Little, Inc. (ADL). She also oversaw international development initiatives funded by USAID, the World Bank, the EBRD, and the EU’s Technical Assistance to the CIS office.

Global Citizenship and Volunteerism
CDC Development Solutions

Amanda MacArthur leads CDC Development Solutions’ Global Citizenship and Volunteerism practice area. This includes the International Corporate Volunteer program and MBA Without Borders. Most recently, MacArthur played a key role in designing IBM’s Corporate Service Corps, while overseeing International Corporate Volunteer programs for FedEx, Pepsi, and several others. She has also contributed to the design of the Center of Excellence for International Corporate Volunteerism – a public-private partnership between USAID, IBM and CDC Development Solutions.
