Her client base is largely with foundations, nonprofits and mission-driven organizations that operate in a global context. Before finding her professional bliss as a recruiter, Cydnee spent several years with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned her CPA as a Tax Accountant but most enjoyed her role as Community Affairs Manager.

Jengie Pineda Wong is an Executive Recruiter currently responsible for Experienced Professional recruiting for McKinsey’s Northeast offices. She joined the Firm in 2010 with more than 12 years of for-profit and nonprofit executive search experience. Prior to McKinsey, Jengie was a Director at The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit strategic consulting firm. While at Bridgespan, she successfully conducted a range of senior-level engagements for roles in education, youth development, human service, health and international organizations, and foundations. A native of San Francisco, Jengie received her BA in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
