The Small Steps, Big Wins Campus Challenge is an undergraduate competition where students compete to see which school can create the most collective social and environmental impact through taking small, simple actions and recording them online.

The Small Steps Challenge is a program of Net Impact, a nonprofit that inspires a new generation of leaders to work for a sustainable future.

The Campus Director Leadership Program is an additional opportunity available to Small Steps, Big Wins Campus Directors.
