In this interactive workshop we will explore:

Is it about self-regulation? Wellness? Stress-Reduction? Or something more…
How might a mindfulness practice increase your capacity and effectiveness in being the leader you want to be?
Robbie is interested in leadership and change, leadership development, personal and professional leadership identity, and women academic leaders.

Susan’s interests include the development and support of equitable, democratic and joyful schools, mindfulness and education, facilitative leadership, and sustainable and place-based educational practices.
