Chris spent 6 years with the Clinton Foundation’s Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), based in Bangkok, managing the Energy Efficiency Building Retrofit program across Asia. He has advised governments as well as commercial property owners on energy efficiency projects and other areas relating to climate change mitigation, and has helped to establish dedicated financing mechanisms and investment opportunities across this sector and throughout the Asian region.
Having developed and managed a portfolio of Energy Efficiency projects of over US$150 million across the Asian region, he has worked as a consultant for the IFC (World Bank), JICA (Japan), the French Development Agency (AFD), the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
