Mark Schiller, co-founder of Loon Liquors, will discuss how his partner and him strive to be as sustainable as possible while starting up a distillery in Northfield, Minnesota. Loon Liquors produces Loonshine, a craft organic whiskey; and they’re currently the only distillery in southern Minnesota. The distillery is certified organic and uses many sustainable practices you will hear about.
