As a part of the City Awake Social Impact Festival, NIB will host this fun and informative evening of speakers, collaborative workshops and networking focused on developing your organization and your career by identifying opportunities and taking effective action for change.

Do you wish your company was as focused on having a positive impact on the lives of its employees, consumers and communities, as it is with meeting the bottom line? Is your organization already impactful, but you’d still like to see a change in culture or operations? Whatever your job description, you can seize these opportunities to lead for change in any role! This event will provide inspiration and support to do this:
Keynote Caleb Dean* will speak to the importance of intentional action to effective organizational changemaking, leadership, and career development.
Then, choose from one of our three breakout collaborative workshops that will equip you with concrete tactics that you can apply at work to help you reach your organizational impact goals. Sessions include Developing & Sharing Your Impact Story, The Inspiration Factor: Driving Change, and Tactics for Engagement: Planning for Success.

Proactive action for change is not only an effective way to create positive impact for others, but it can also be a way to gain visibility as a leader, build your resume, and move your own career forward. Please join us on December 9th and walk away re-energized and prepared to take action with tools and frameworks that will help you get started.
