Dina is the co-founder of Illinois Women in Cannabis and the founder of Rollman Law Group, P.C., a law firm focused on ensuring compliance with the Illinois medical cannabis law and counseling businesses impacted by the law. She is also on the board of the Illinois Cannabis Industry Association (ilcia.org) and is a founding member of the Illinois Cannabis Bar Association and a member of both the National Cannabis Bar Association and the NORML Legal Committee.
