Piero Pelizzaro, a climate change adaptation policy specialist with Acclimatise, came to speak to Duquesne students. He is in charge of the International Cooperation Unit at the not for profit organization, the Kyoto Club in Rome, Italy. He spoke about about climate change adaptation policy throughout the world.
