Every year, the Emory MBA program attends Camp Twin Lakes for orientation proceedings. Camp Twin Lakes is an amazing place that, when it's not hosting Emory MBAs, does programming for children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and other challenges. Net Impact wanted to raise money for an organization that, in addition to hosting us annually, does such tremendous work. We rented out the top floor of Atkins Park in Atlanta's Virginia Highland's neighborhood and invited our entire class. Everyone paid $10 dollars for entry and was then provided free food for the rest of the night. All of the donations went directly to Camp Twin Lakes.
