Diffusion is the annual capacity-building workshop during which ISB community (faculty, alums, students and sector leaders) equips social entrepreneurs and non-profits with business and professional skills to become more efficient and deliver greater impact. This is one event where ISB students, alums, professors and other staff members instill entrepreneurial and professional approaches in budding organisations from various sectors with a single aim of wider social impact. It also provides a platform to social entrepreneurs and non-profits to interact and learn from one another.

This year, we plan to have 40+ professionals and entrepreneurs from more than 20 organisations to learn from ISB's knowledge bank. Some of the leadership sessions we plan to organize include:
