The Views is a talk show-style discussion between a diverse panel of students that will discuss "hot topics", with a focus on issues involving race relations in society and the workplace. A rotating set of panelists will offer their perspectives in 2-minute rounds of open discussion, after which there will be an opportunity for audience members to respond or ask questions.
