March’s ‘Our Mission in Action’ speaker, Christopher Schafer spoke about his career path and also about his involvement with the local non-profit, ‘Baltimore Fashion Alliance’ and their Sharp Dressed Man program. Sharp Dressed Man was founded by the Baltimore Fashion Alliance in 2012 to support men re-entering the workforce. Through their partnership with the Living Classrooms Foundations they have established a clothing boutique at the Mentoring Academy in Mt. Vernon furnished with donations of recycled men’s clothing. Students were excited to hear about the non-profit as donations from Mr. Carey Business School 2015 will benefit the Sharp Dressed Man program.
