Nadia Sood, Impact Investment Partners LLP
Nadia has 13 years of experience investing in, managing and operating businesses in developed and emerging markets that provide critical goods and services to mass market consumers. She has managed large infrastructure investment portfolios and Private Public Partnerships (PPPs) in India, Nepal, Latin America and Africa. Prior to co-founding IIP, Nadia was Executive Vice President, South Asia, and Global Investment Committee Member at SN Power Invest AS, a leading emerging markets renewable energy private equity firm. Before SN Power Invest AS, Nadia was Director, Health and Wellness at Nestle UK, and Global Issues Manger for Nestle SA. She has also worked in the Office of the Secretary General Kofi Annan at the United Nations in New York.
Jonathan Neil, FFP Asset Management
Jonathan Neill is Chief Investment Officer and founding partner of FPP Asset Management LLP, responsible for Global Strategy with a specific responsibility for Asian regions. From 1990 to 1998 he was senior investment manager at Pictet Asset Management London, jointly responsible for the groups’ Specialist Equity business of International Smaller Companies and Emerging Markets, totalling over US$2billion under management. Prior to Pictet, Jonathan was at Mercury Asset Management from 1988 to 1990 – Manager of Specialist International growth stocks and a specialist UK Growth Fund. He started his investment manager career in 1986 at Oppenheimer Fund Management where he managed global and UK income and growth Funds.
March Malloch Brown, FTI Consulting
Mark Malloch-Brown serves as a Special Adviser for FTI Consulting. He previously served as a Minister in Prime Minister Gordon Brown’s cabinet, where he had particular responsibility for strengthening relationships with Africa and Asia and the international system. The Prime Minister appointed him as his envoy for preparation of the London G-20 Summit. Lord Malloch-Brown has also served as Deputy Secretary General and Chief of Staff of the United Nations under Kofi Annan and, for six years prior, as Administrator of the UN Development Programme, where he led UN development efforts around the world. Before that he was a Vice-President at the World Bank.
