Laura Díez

What do you do at Net Impact? I’ve moved around a lot during my time at Net Impact. However, my current role is all about cultivating relationships with undergraduate students and communicating their wants and needs to the network and the team.
Where are you from? Just like Beyoncé, I’m from Houston, Texas.
How long have you worked at Net Impact? Since August 2012.
What’s your go-to fun fact? I’m a dual citizen of Spain and the United States.
What did you grow up wanting to be? First female president and a vet. Not necessarily in that order.
What was your first AIM screen name? LoUdNfAnSiE125...obviously.

Maya Holm

What do you do at Net Impact? My role has recently shifted from supporting graduate and professional chapters through direct communications to focusing more on helping manage operations and program evaluation for our chapters with Sisi. I also create content and tools to support our chapter network and leaders.
Where are you from? I grew up moving back and forth between Boston, Massachusetts and Yokohama, Japan.
How long have you worked at Net Impact? Since October 2014.
What’s your favorite thing to do in SF? Spending an afternoon soaking up the sun at Lafayette Park, preferably with a good book and some bubble tea in hand!
Where do you want to travel next? I’m hoping to travel Europe with stops in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands to see friends.
What was your first AIM screen name? icedancer52 (and I didn’t even know how to skate!).

Mariah Nápoles

What do you do at Net Impact? As a Chapter Programs Associate, I am the main point of contact for Net Impact's graduate and professional chapters. My role is to leverage proactive outreach within the chapter network and support chapter leaders and members  by building tools and resources.
Where are you from? I was born and raised in the beautiful and culturally rich outer Mission District of San Francisco! 
How long have you worked at Net Impact? I just recently started working at Net Impact in March 2015.
What’s your favorite thing to do in SF? Taking fun hikes where I can get away from the urban bustle and just enjoy nature and its beauty.
Where do you want to travel next? I would love to backpack through Southeast Asia! 
What did you grow up wanting to be? A professional soccer player like Mia Hamm.

Dwight Smith

What do you do at Net Impact? We all wear so many hats here at Net Impact. A few of mine are undergraduate chapter outreach and support, helping out with chapters-related development projects, and lending a hand with chapters- and diversity-related conference content. 
Where are you from? Born in New Jersey and raised up on the streets of Davis, California.
How long have you worked at Net Impact? Since August 2013.
Where do you want to travel next? I’m thinking about Sweden.
What’s your favorite thing to do in San Francisco? San Francisco is cool. I enjoy eating lunch on the Embarcadero looking out at the Bay Bridge. However, I’d hang out in Oakland over San Francisco any day. You can find me walking/hanging out at Lake Merritt, hiking in Joaquin Miller, eating mac-n-cheese at Homeroom, or having a coffee at Farley’s East.
What’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever had? Freshman year of college, I was Will and my buddy was Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. We got runner up in a costume contest. 

Sisi Yao

What do you do at Net Impact? I manage operations and program evaluation for our network of 300+ chapters. At its core, this means maintaining and measuring the health of the chapter network and making sure Net Impact Central has the proper systems in place to efficiently support our chapters.
Where are you from? I was born in China and raised in central New Jersey.
How long have you worked at Net Impact? Since May 2013.
Where do you want to travel next? Japan, to eat the sushi.
What are 3 unexpected things you couldn’t live without? Hand soap, cheese, and fruit.
What’s your go-to karaoke song? Part of Your World/The Little Mermaid and No Scrubs/TLC.
