Chicago's Noble Network of Charter Schools has grown to 17 campuses in the city and improves opportunities for thousands of students through bringing them a better education. Noble's schools send 90% of students to college, 81% of whom are first generation college students.

The Education Club hosted a Lunch & Learn with two members of Noble's central office talent team, including James Troupis, the Network's Chief Talent Officer and Tanya Klinkhachorn, Noble's Director of Talent Pathways. We discussed operating a network of successful charter schools in Chicago and how Noble manages talent within a large mission-focused organization.
