This LEED Gold building is replete with features designed to make it more environmentally sustainable including an indoor, fully-functioning wetland to treat waste water for re-use within the building and ground-source closed loop heating and cooling systems. Additionally, construction of the building focused on re-use, with reclaimed timber from dismantled piers used in the lobby and used office equipment to furnish the offices.
