Join us for the Net Impact Network’s Fall kick-off event featuring our Guest Speaker, Prof. Radha Basu.

Prof. Basu is the Director of the Frugal Innovation Lab, Santa Clara University. She is widely recognized as a leading woman entrepreneur in hi-tech companies and as a pioneer in the Indian software business. In 2006, she co-founded Anudip Foundation, a global social enterprise that generates livelihoods for the unemployed and marginalized poor of India through training in information technology. Prof. Basu is also the CEO of iMerit Inc., a technology services company that has pioneered the ‘smartsourcing model’ with Anudip Foundation’s graduates working on web enabled IT services for global customers.

Prof. Basu will be discussing the aspects of Impact Investing and Impact Sourcing in the emerging markets followed by an interactive Q&A opportunity for the audience to learn more about the nature of innovation and entrepreneurship in these markets.
