I have just joined the Chapter and would like to introduce myself by sharing my short bio below.
In addition, I´d love to hear more about the Chapter´s projects and would like to make myself available to help wherever possible.

Graduated in 1987 from the Law School of the University of São Paulo, with Extension courses at Harvard Law School, Stanford Business School, Fordham Law School and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Corporate Governance Specialist from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, 2012. Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, 2013. Master´s Degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge (expected 2015). Several articles on Italian Law, European Union and Comparative Law, as well as on Corporate Governance and Compliance, published at legal journals and specialized magazines, such as Harvard Business Review and Revista RI - Investors Relations. Co-author of “Compliance 360º - risks, strategies, conflicts and vanities in the corporate world”, Trevisan, 2012. Coordinator and co-author of "Corpoate Governance - innovations and trends towards sustainability of the organizations", Saint Paul, 2014. Professor of “Corporate Governance and Compliance” at the LL.M. Programs of INSPER and Visiting Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral for the “Responsible Management towards Sustainability” Program. 27 years of professional experience in the international financial markets, having worked as Foreign Associate of Studio Legale Carnelutti in Milan and of the law firm of Mayer Brown in New York. Executive Director of several multinational financial institutions. Founder of Instituto Yiesia (November 2011), a consultancy firm on Corporate Governance, Compliance and Sustainable Business. Member of the jury of the 15°th. ABRASCA Award of Best Annual Report (2013). Member of the IBGC. Mentor of Endeavor Brasil.
