The Projects for Good Committee of SPC's Net Impact undergraduate chapter will be a providing a training webinar on how the 5 Ss and 5 Whys tools from Lean Six Sigma can be used to evaluate waste and improve sustainability. They illustrate the tools using a real-world fruit and vegetable stand, analyzing the waste in the supply chain that leads to spoilage.
