At this event, teams of 4-6 students worked together to develop solutions to a relevant social problem at TCNJ. A facilitator walked the teams through the guided process of design thinking to generate innovative solutions. The design challenge for which teams generated solutions for was the following: how might TCNJ develop a better way to develop students into true global citizens and change makers?
This fun, lively, and creative event taught participants how to use design thinking to solve a problem. It is an incredibly useful and marketable tool that will serve them well in their classes, student organizations, and careers.
