The future core competitiveness of an enterprise comes from the ability to create social and business values. The Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO), responsible for sustainability and CSR development, will be the core candidate to lead the enterprise through the transformation and development.
On 11th November 2015, Mr. Wayne Silby, the founding Chairman of Calvert Fund and Chairman of SynTao, together with Mr. ZHANG Hui, Chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce Social Responsibility Forum and Director of Community Affairs and CSR at United Technologies Asia, will share their views on how enterprises can gain future core competitiveness by creating shared social values, and discuss the trend of career development in the field of CSR.

The speakers will also introduce the plan for China’s first young CSR talent development program, the SynTao School.
