The event gave Net Impact members an idea of how they can make an impact with their career by connecting them with professionals that are currently making an impact with theirs. There was a diverse group of professionals from each of the following backgrounds: government, non-profit, corporate, a start-up, and consulting. The event worked by setting up tables with one professional at each. Students signed up for the table they would like to sit at. There was two rounds of 20 minutes each where the professionals will talk for 10 minutes about their background and then had 10 minutes of questions from the students. Following the second round there was open networking for another 15-30 minutes.
