The New Venture Challenge is a cross-campus business plan competition. Net Impact leads the Social Impact (SI) Prize, a competition that rewards teams who most effectively incorporate triple bottom line practices into their business plan. The SI Prize seeks to reinforce social and environmental responsibility as essential building blocks to success for any business. After a preliminary round, five teams were chosen to compete in this event where they will pitch their venture live in front of friends, fellow entrepreneurs and a panel of judges including: Rich Hoops, Teju Ravilochan and Pete Dignan. The five finalist teams are: Bright Box, Skyive, Off The Wall, Hive Tech and TSRCo. The final round consisted of 4 teams who competed to win the final $4,500 prize.
