Wednesday, November 12th from 6:30PM - 8:00PM in Bingham 301 the owner of Twig, a sustainable retailer, will be coming in to speak with us about the process of making of sustainable products and owning a company that has this as their objective. After, we will be pairing up with the UNC club, Design for America, to bring in a UNC professor, Bayus, who specializes in design thinking. Tailoring this to Net Impact and Twig, we will be specifically talking about using design thinking for sustainable retail. Then, we will do an activity using design thinking to generate ideas! Please come out to this general body meeting, we are very excited about the concept of deign thinking and trying to put it to use for our club! Also, there will be FREE FOOD!
