David will share some of the insights he has gained in designing and delivering change initiatives over the past 20+ years. In particular, he will focus on the power of a narrative approach to coaching and his latest work with integrative development in helping organizations rethink how they approach change. The key to success in using coaching to drive culture change is embedding it in how work gets done and as part of a new narrative. As part of the larger human-centered design movement, the aim of his work is to help people and organizations evolve together so that both can flourish. You will have the opportunity to experience this approach for yourself, learn the five core principles in working this way, and dialogue with the presenter.
