YOU WILL NEED A LAPTOP to participate in the event.

For this challenge we will provide you with an introduction to Machine Learning and Machine Learning Studio.Once you have the basics, we will provide you with a data set to analyze and a value to predict. Your challenge will be to train the model with the highest prediction accuracy! You can change the columns analyzed, change the algorithm used for analysis, or change the parameters of the algorithm to do more in depth analysis. Any of these have the potential to improve your accuracy.

The student with the highest accuracy at the end of the challenge will win!

Agenda:

• Sign-in and Azure Pass activation
• Introduction to Azure Machine Learning
• Create your Azure Machine Learning environment and run your first experiment
• Tweak your experiment with the help of experts and try different scenarios to get higher accuracy

What do I need to bring to the Event?

• A laptop with a browser that can connect to the internet
• A windows Live account so they can activate their Azure pass. If you do not have a Windows Live account you can create one here.
• No previous knowledge of Machine Learning is required to complete this challenge
