Eco To-Go is the membership program through campus dining that allows students to receive food in a reusable to-go box which they can return and have cleaned when they are done. The program was started by members of NI 2 years ago and we continue to support and push Dining Services to go farther with it. During fall semester we built a structure of disposable to-go boxes made out of the number of boxes used on campus in 1 day (5600) and then had a large sign describing how many are used per week and per year. The structure was large and impactful, and ETG was promoted through its message.
