Fourteen of our chapter members took a tour of a recycling facility in Earth City, Missouri, and learned about the importance of recycling. It began with an hour long talk about the process and what kinds of materials are recycled and how many lives each type of material can have if recycled. We then took a tour of the recycling machinery warehouse itself.
