Factory tour of Xylem Design – Fort Collins Colorado

On December 1st 2015, Net Impact CSU Chapter will be doing a factory tour of Xylem Design at 3pm.
Xylem Design is a lean manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO that designs, engineers and builds specialty displays and furniture. Their radical business and production models prioritize mind-blowing service, respect for people, and continuous improvement. Our tour will focus on their radical use of lean production practices, where eliminating waste and empowering employees is taken to a whole new level. Xylem considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and thus a target for elimination.
