John is the Founder, President, and CEO of NextCentury, a technology company focused at providing IT solutions to defense and military facing companies. He runs a successful company around the ethos similar to that of the Carey Business School—profit and balance sheet success are the consequences of doing work that makes society better. John will talk about how a leader creates a for-profit company culture where profit and mission are synonymous.
