Jan Dell is a Vice President in the Energy, Water and Facilities Division of CH2M HILL. Ms. Dell is a registered chemical engineer (M.S. University of California, Berkeley) with 25 years of experience extending across more than 40 countries. She has worked with global companies in a wide variety of industries to develop major projects, implement sustainable business practices and build climate resiliency in their business operations, communities and supply chains. Ms. Dell led the creation of the WBCSD Global Water Tool and the development of the GEMI Local Water Tool. She leads CH2M HILL's global goodwill WaterMatch Initiative to promote beneficial water reuse around the world.

Kate Peabody is in marketing and communications for the CH2M HILL Water Business Group, for whom she strategizes and runs social media programs, public relations, and internal communications, among other responsibilities. She has a bachelor’s in communication from Santa Clara University and a MBA in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver. Kate has been intimately involved with the development of WaterMatch and the WaterMatch Makers University Program.
