Impact at Work: Creating the Right Mood for Change: Yours and Others

About the Webinar

Research shows that mood is contagious. Really! We are always in a mood (we even wake up in one). And that mood makes a huge difference in terms of how we face the world, how we engage with others, and potentially how we gain support to generate positive change in the workplace. One of the most critical roles of an effective and inspiring leadership is to generate positive moods that inspire others to stay the course toward positive outcomes. In this Impact at Work call, we examine exactly what “mood” is and, rather than trying to overcome “bad” moods, we'll look at how we can generate positive moods intentionally. What practices or actions can support this? How is the body involved?

Participants will learn knowledge and practices they can apply immediately to prompt positive change in their work and life.
